Former Olds Grizzlys players Ben Dardis and Aiden Knutson have announced their commitments to post-secondary schools for the 2025-26 season! Both 2004-born players finished the 2024-25 season as Grizzlys, finishing their junior hockey careers in Olds before pursuing their next chapter of life!

Ben Dardis joined the Grizzlys at the beginning of the season and quickly became the backbone of Olds, assuming the starting goaltender position and finishing the season winning the team award of Most Valuable Player! Ben made a huge impact on the Grizzlys last season, and we congratulate him on his commitment to Buffalo State!

Aiden Knutson (Red Deer, AB) Trinity Western University (USports)

Aiden Knutson joined the Grizzlys in December after being acquired via a trade from the Yorkton Terriers (SJHL) where Aiden spent the first two and a half seasons of his junior career. Aiden quickly became an important member of Olds, becoming an assistant captain, providing strong leadership among his teammates.
