Great Night in Carstairs

The Grizzlys spent a great night in Carstairs. The team travelled there for their home game away from home on Friday, October 13, and squared of against the Grande Prairie Storm. The hometown Grizz beat the Storm with a final score of 4:2.

The entire night was a success. A total of 482 fans made their way to the Carstairs Memorial Arena and turned it in to a great hockey fest. The Olds Grizzlys would like to extend special thanks to:

  • Data Scavenger for sponsoring the game
  • Carstairs Minor Hockey and the Rocky Mountain Athletic Association for their tremendous involvement in organizing the game night and supplying us with a great group of volunteers
  • The Town of Carstairs for the great hospitality and welcoming atmosphere the Olds Grizzlys enjoyed
  • To all the fans making their way to the arena and cheering on the Grizzlys

This game would not have been the success it was without the help and contribution of all the parties involved.

Thank you very much!
