Effective immediately: The Olds Grizzlys are pleased to announce the signing of Doug Hergenhein as the Head Scout and Director of Player Personnel on a three-year commitment. Doug has extensive experience in the AJHL as a Coach, Scout, and Administrator. He has a proven track record at recruiting elite players and creating winning programs with the Drumheller Dragons, Fort McMurray Oil Barons, and the Calgary Canucks.
The coaching staff is very excited about this addition to the team, Adam Redmond states: ‘I am very excited to have Doug as part of the Grizzlys organization. He is a personal friend of mine and we have worked together in the past. I am extremely happy to have a person with his level of knowledge and experience join our team.’
