The Olds Grizzlys were busy this past Saturday. The Grizzlys have traded forward Sean Davies to the Whitecourt Wolverines and then traded forward Mitch Makin to the Winkler Flyers of the Manitoba Junior Hockey League. Both trades were for future considerations.
Head Coach Brett Hopfe said, “We needed a change in our line-up and felt that these players needed an opportunity to play somewhere. The Olds Grizzlys wish the best of luck to both of these players in their future endeavors.”
The Grizzlys head to Calgary on Tuesday, November 6th to take on the Mustangs before coming home to play the Whitecourt Wolverines and Fort McMurray Oil Barons on Saturday, November 10th and Sunday, November 11th.
