Olds Grizzlys defencemen Nikolas Koberstein is one of three current AJHL players selected to play in the 2013 CJHL Prospects Game on November 8 & 9, 2013. The CJHL Prospects Game was created to showcase the top NHL prospects in the CJHL. The CJHL Prospects Games feature players from the CJHL's five western leagues competing against players from the CJHL's five eastern leagues.
Head Coach Brett Hopfe had this to say about this announcement. “We are very excited to have one of our players representing our team at this event! Nikolas has come to our team and stepped right in to a top role for us, he works extremely hard everyday and loves to learn the game. He deserves to have this opportunity to showcase himself to numerous scouts. We would like to wish Nikolas nothing but the best during his time at this event!”
