On the road before returning home on October 27

After a split weekend, where the Grizzlys went 1:1, the team is preparing to hit the road for two games before returning to the Sportsplex. The Grizz will travel to Okotoks this Friday to play the Oilers for the first time this regular season. The team last faced Okotoks on September 2 for an exhibition game. The Grizzlys won that game and are hoping to build on it when squaring off against the South Division-leading Okotoks Oilers.

The following Sunday, the Grizzlys will be traveling to Canmore to play the Eagles for another first this regular season. The Eagles are currently sitting 4 points ahead of the Grizz, with a 7-6-1 record, and one game ahead. Last time the two teams faced each other was in last year's playoffs Round 1, which the Grizzlys were able to sweep 3:0.

The Grizz will be back at the Olds Sportsplex on Friday, October 27, when they host the Calgary Mustangs. Puck drop is at 7:00 PM.
