Congratulations to Ryder Riedel for winning the AJHL’s rookie of the week for the second consecutive week! Ryder played a big role this weekend with 1 goal and 2 assists, including the overtime winner against Drumheller, along with a goal and an assist against Camrose. The AJHL said, “For a second consecutive week, forward Ryder Riedel has been selected as the Inter Pipeline AJHL Rookie of the Week. The Olds Grizzlys newcomer has recorded points in all six games played and added five points (2G, 3A) in two games last week.”
Riedel has had an incredible start to his rookie season, as the Didsbury local has 3 goals and 7 assists for 10 points in just 6 games. Congratulations Ryder!
