Last week, the Grizzlys finalized a trade with the Melville Millionaires, sending 2006-born defenseman Keil Schmalz to the SJHL team in exchange for a player development fee. The veteran of 52 AJHL games won the team’s Defenseman of the Year award last season; we want to thank and show appreciation for Keil for all his work in the Black & Gold and wish him best of luck in Melville!
