The Den — the heart of the Olds Grizzlys’ operations and a key training space for our players — has received a significant facelift this offseason. Known as the place where our athletes focus on strength and conditioning throughout the year, The Den now offers an even more inspiring and functional environment to support player development.
This offseason renovation included the addition of brand-new, state-of-the-art gym equipment to meet the evolving needs of our athletes. The space also received a visual overhaul with new wall art that brings fresh energy to the facility. Bold team logos, motivational quotes, and iconic imagery now line the walls — designed not only to inspire performance but to honor the proud legacy of Grizzlys hockey.
Among the new additions are tributes to the 2025 Team Canada roster that captured gold at the 4-Nations Faceoff, as well as a special homage to the 1984 Olds Grizzlys — the team that brought home the Centennial Cup and cemented its place in Canadian hockey history.
The newly revamped Den is more than just a gym — it’s a space where the past, present, and future of Grizzlys hockey come together. We’re proud to provide our players with an environment that reflects our commitment to excellence, tradition, and team pride.
