2020 ANNUAL SPRING CAMP
The Olds Grizzlys, a proud member of the Alberta Junior Hockey League, are hosting our annual Spring Identification Camp which will be held March 27-29, 2020 at the Olds Sportsplex located at ?5133 52 St?, Olds Alberta. Please note; this camp is an invitation only camp and will be open only to those identified players born 2001/2004 and who?ve played Junior or Midget hockey in the 2019/2020 season.
The main purpose of spring camp is to provide our staff an opportunity to evaluate future potential Grizzly players and showcase the changes our organization has made to provide the best opportunity possible for young athletes who aspire to play in the Alberta Junior Hockey League. Our coaching staff and selected members of our organization will be present to answer any questions players or parents may have about the ?Olds Grizzlys?, the AJHL ? and /or the path to ?NCAA/CIS/ACAC? college hockey.
Each attending player will be guaranteed a minimum of ?four ?ice sessions to include; 1 team practice and 3 games (goaltenders will receive an additional specific assessment session). Ice sessions will begin Friday March 27 following player check-in?s. At the conclusion of each players last ice session, players will receive an exit interview with a select Grizzly staff. The cost of the camp is $?150.00(+ GST) per player. Payment can be made to the ?Olds Grizzlys Jr. a Hockey Club a? nd will be accepted by cheque, credit card/debit, or cash. Spaces at camp are limited; payment must be submitted before March 20 to secure your spot at camp.
