Former NHL Players’ “Hot Stove” to be Featured at
ScottCo Chemicals Annual Grizzly Awards Banquet and Fundraiser

Olds, Alberta: The Olds Grizzlys of the Alberta Junior Hockey League are hosting their annual Awards
and Fundraising Banquet to mark the end of the 2022/2023 season. The annual event is an opportunity
to recognize players through the Grizzly awards program and thank graduating players, and to
acknowledge the contributions of the many sponsors, volunteers, player families, and fans who make
having a community team possible.
This year’s presenting sponsor is ScottCo Chemicals. The banquet will be held on Saturday, March 4th at
the Olds Pomeroy Inn & Suites. Tickets are $700 for a table of eight, or $100 per person. Ticket cost
includes dinner, the awards program, and access to the live auction and the signature feature of this
year’s fundraiser, a “hot stove” of former NHL Players, Brian Sutter and Jay Rosehill.

makes Junior hockey possible in Olds,” said Friends of the Grizzlys Society President, Josh Erdman. “The
people of Olds and area and our extensive hockey family are invited to join us for this opportunity to
celebrate the incredible game that brings us all together and to thank the many people and
organizations who make our team possible”.
